    Hello Fixing some driveway issues, and so far used bitumen cold lay spray, but it's not cheap. Is it basically the same stuff as the photo here, as the tin is much cheaper? if so I could paint over old tarmac, apply the cold lay tarmac and compact, then paint edges Will save me.

    ok all i think ill wait as said until end of day tomorrow/ of maybe Monday (consumer unit has a cover, and on top is in a boxed off area... no reply fm him then, ill as i told him on voicemail phone another person. ill come back on monday and say what i did next.

    there are three empty slots, and he said he needed to get one more, (his brother back and forth to some supplier during the day to get different amp/way fittings, and a larger set of the plastic entry things to the CU box... maybe ran out of time... and it was about 6pm when they left/ dark...

    First thing need to know if safe. Cannot think of any other trade forking out time and money, then not billing or contactable so making me worried, and just weird not finishing what to me looks like a 5 minute job left and some paperwork to get paid.

    Cable is along internal brickwork between floors then they drilled out the wall. Clipped guess so but I'd have to look under floorboards and carpet to see what they did.

    Well I have left two voicemails with the electrician today , saying if he does not contact me tomorrow by end of day, day 22 since last here I am refusing to pay for any of this and finding another electrician to finish the blanking bits, and certification. Let's see if I get a call...

Considering he paid for a zappi, and the cu, and spent a day here with his brother fitting this (cost me nothing so far)..seems strange not to finish and invoice...
