hi ok you can get a roof vent the last one i done cut in the fan removed the slate fitted flex duct from the fan and fitted roof vent got mine from a company called hextons in london dont know if they have a web site but there must be a roofing company up your way will do them

hi that light will come on with the pir if you read the instructions it should be able to switch on as a normal light by switching supply on then off again so strait swap like for like ( when i say switch supply on and off thats from the switch or breaker depending on your present set up
