    Lead flashing to hip

As above leads too narrow and badly fitted . It could have had hip tiles bedded as per ridge . I'd be inclined to remove the lead and put a hip tile on. Asbestos slate btw

    Leaking Valley

The lead should have been fully supported . An open valley used . What you see here we've seen many times on preformed grp "dry" valleys . Fitted by others as we don't use them. The sandtoft 2020 is a good tile

    Velux window install

They would need to move the whole window down a couple of inches , or up 8 approx. It's not going to leak

What is this capping on side of roof tiles and is it an issue that it's coming away?

The problem here is the verge was bedded the pointed in two different mortars . The verge should be pointed in the same mortar used to bed it . Done correctly it will outlive any dry verge

    Fibreglass roof bond

As above two tiles slipped leaving no head lap is a leak. Also the mortar that has been jammed here and there can dam water and cause a leak. Imo grp is for boats . To get the correct fall you'll need to adjust the gutter soles . You be better off getting a good felt flat roofer in the torch on...

    Missing mortar in chimney perps

Looking closer , the weep hole still has a bit of the brickwork bed blocking it . This can cause a dam effect and any build up of water could drip over the inside tray turn up . If it's low

Damp in ceiling of dormer - Conflicting advice

Fluff sandwiched between plasterboard and felt . Isn't correct . You should have at least a 50 mm air flow gap between the felt and insulation . Soffit or ofv should be there and some form of venting at high level depending on roof design . Curious as to which Marley tile is no longer made . Do...

    Slate overlap with valley

Actually I think not . At very least id expect a close slate match . Slates poorly fitted around the over flow and a couple of other bits that look naf

    Missing mortar in chimney perps

As I said , it's a weep hole for the lead tray . What appears to be the front apron flashing could also be the second tray which is standard good practice now . With out close inspection one can't tell if it is or isn't. I've a feeling the chimney has been rebuilt some time in the past . Hence...

    Dormer tiles fallen off

No it's not acceptable . All vertical tiles should be mechanically fixed. In this case the battening has not been set out correctly .
