You could make it into a sealed system , that way you can remove header tank and cold feed and vent, Turn your pump speed down to 1 and raise the vent pipe over the header tank, Thanks Paul

Do a search on s 53 its quite common.

If its a combi could be split heat exchanger. Are you sure its not the prv pipe leaking as expansion vessel might need recharging or failed. Is the filling loop shut off or not letting by. What is the pressure at when boiler running. Paul
