No, im going to bonding coat the wall. But over the chase where the pipes will sit, one of my considerations was to dot and dap a strip of plasterboard over the chase. The bonding will meet the plasterboard strip and ill skim over the lot.

Yeah its a pre fab garage. And a double skin wall. I may strap the wall to the garage if needed. I just wondered if anybody had some other ideas as best to re-secure the wall to the lower level in the foundation.
