Yeah, was some put in previously. I'm guessing sediment stuff happens regardless. But this may also have been a load of old sediment.

How do I check AAV?

My radiators are all TRVs set to about 3. Bathroom rail has no TRV - that is open so it gets but not fully. Rad where central thermostat is fully open. Any relevance?

Thoughts on this? Could the valve on that radiator not being fully open be the thing that's causing the obstacle?

Should the radiator in the room with the thermostat be fully open? I don't have a TRV on it, just a knob with no numbers, but I don't have it fully open. It isn't near closed or anything, the rad gets hot.

But there isn't any problem with pressure build up. Gauge stay at same low (green) level.

Ah, having air purge on auto means it runs one cycle then turns off.
