    Thanks for clarifying RandomGrinch. I'm actually attempting to disconnect & rewire the below junction box. I originally installed the Tado 2 years ago, after following the basic tado guide of rewiring a Siemens programmer to Tado 3+. It started failing to turn off heating/hot water recently...

    Thanks, so using the example of the Tados CH NO connection, that is just a single direct wire to W on the 3 port valve and is not connected to any of 3 other wires the schematic crosses?

    Hi, new here, please go easy on me! I'm trying to rewire my Y plan system with a Tado 3+. I've tried to follow the wiring guide as suggested on #3 but struggling to understand what these symbols represent. Could someone please advise? Many thanks.
