I have a 12:00 on-12:00 off on my programmer but not 12:00 on-12|:01 off. In any event it lasts for only seconds not a minute. I await further comments on my 10.18 post.

Thanks for confirming that the same amount of energy (gas) is used, no matter whether your heaing and hot water "come on" together or "come on" separately. That is all I wanted to know.

Thanks for the confirmation. I will do nothing at all, other than unscrwing the sensors from the existing wooden frames and re-attaching to the new UVPC frames. Will definitely not start fiddling with any wires ! Cheers. Stuart.
