    when you turn the bypass valve back on from off just do 1 to 1 and a half turns that will be plenty

    turn all the rads off apart from just one of the not working ones it shoul heat up then off with that and repeat with other two

    Its not so much about making it UV stable more to do with keeping it water proof ,moisture in the lagging will freeze and transfer the cold to the pipe
