that is the venturi completely different part from what is being spoke about in video. you want the filter in the last valve on right hand side (22mm pipe )

If you toilet is still running after flushing then get hold of middle bit and give it a quarter turn there is a silicone /rubber washer on the bottom that wear . Just change the washer part number SV01967 plumbcentre usually have them on shelf . . . or city plumbing...

you dont put sleeves into copper press fit

just made out the tee as pic not the clearest . That is quite a strange looking set up although a standard gas bloke cant touch a service it might be worth asking one to have a look to identify what is going on under there . edit your new pic below is showing its an elbow not a tee

so are you on about the black iron pipe with the bonding on it as that could possibly be the old internal gas pipe not the service
