I second the method of deleting the first expander and relearning all onto the 32 way. We have had a couple of sites where the supervision issues are constant on two 8xp, swapped them for a 32 and no more problems fully meshed

As sparky said re-program, Wintex won’t allow you to send premier data to an elite panel it’s conflicting.

The screw shouldn’t be an issue, unless you’re getting a tamper fault. Did you do a bell test following replacing the battery? I’d be inclined to delete the bell from the system and re-learn

If your installer can’t see any requests for phone authorisation then I’d suggest double checking your System ID is correct in the app. Be careful of the 0/Os and 1/Is

Static IP address will allow for sped up playback on ProControl. Other than it it’s setting up a DDNS to log into the NVR which would also allow the sped up playback

no aux fuse to pull on a 9651, but I agree wouldn’t bother down powering you have two 12v aux outputs so should be plenty of room to get the cables in

Shocks require a 12v aux feed, so should have a pair wired into the zone and a 12v feed from AUX

This… heavy handed screwing of the tamper back plate is 9 times out of 10 tamper problems on DC
