How to stick fabric to plastic?

The size and weight of the flag will determine the best type of fixings to use. Also, is the flag likely to be exposed to high winds? Do the fastenings need to be removable?

Electric gate is catching the track at one end, gate gets stuck

Isn't the wheel then likely to come off the track? Can you adjust the wheel mounting so that the bottom of the gate is a tad higher above the track?

Electric gate is catching the track at one end, gate gets stuck

Looks to me as though the driveway has sunk slightly at one point, causing the track to sink likewise. Can you prise the track up slightly and insert some packing below it at the critical point?

How do I fix overfilling cistern (Dual Flush Syphon)

I think the 'fibre washer' is the one in the fitting on the supply pipe which connects to the inlet valve.

A really very silly question - if I may please ?

Methinks the glue/plastic/epoxy/filler/whatever will cost more than a new bowl. The birds won't care what the bowl looks like or is made from, so a cheap one will suffice. Get your wife to choose it: that should score you some brownie points.

How do I fix overfilling cistern (Dual Flush Syphon)

Yes, if indeed the entry/fill valve is the culprit. But if the top part of that valve is detachable (the black thing in the pic looks lile a retaining clip?) dismantling and cleaning the valve might do the trick.

How do I fix overfilling cistern (Dual Flush Syphon)

Could be the fill valve is passing. Possible culprits are a worn or dirty seal, or (less likely) a leaky float. Alternatively the flush valve is leaking and the fill valve has to make up for water loss by opening partly. The flush valve top looks to be detachable near the base for maintenance.

Washing machine won't spin if it has something in the drum.

The drum may not be balanced if there is only a small load. If your machine detects imbalance it may well refuse to spin, to prevent excess/damaging vibration.

Did this house fire REALLY start because of a turned off Air fryer OR faulty wiring?

The 'off' switch on some modern appliances doesn't really turn the appliance off: it merely puts it into a standby (sleep) state. Is this true of any air fryers?

    What To Do With These?

If you like tinkering you could harvest some of those LED chips, using a hot air gun. They're very sensitive and give out a resonable glow at a current of only ~150 microamps.

    Roof repairs from inside?

Although adding roof timbers might be doable from inside, removing any defective ones could be problematic because of the things attached to them.

Leaking radiator valve - downstairs living room

^ Agreed. The water stain on the valve body suggests the valve stem seal is the likely culprit.

Fridge Freezer out of storage, not working.......

I'm no expert in this field but (1) I wonder: why would nitrogen be chosen over compressed air for leak detection? (2) Over a storage period of several years even a microscopic leak could empty the refrigerant, so the soapy water test might not be successful at detecting such a leak.

New Flange Plunger Out Of Shape - Toilet Waste Pipe Partially Blocked

Sounds like you have a syphon flush with a damaged/worn diaphragm which needs replacing. Perhaps the diaphragm is partially blocking the syphon pipe section above it and restricting the flow?

New Flange Plunger Out Of Shape - Toilet Waste Pipe Partially Blocked

That looks like a very feeble flush in the video. Is the cistern water-level correct?
