    Remove large metal pole

Can't tell from pic how close it is to your house. Obviously, make sure that distance is greater than the pole height if you intend pulling it down in one piece! Personally, I'd remove it in stages, as suggested above.

What if a drilled hole is too big?

I've had that problem, but now always start the hole with a slightly smaller diameter bit than the plug diameter, then finish off with the correct size bit.

    Motor Cycle turn table

Brings back memories. I recall, at the age of about 10, being allowed to push a trolley bus round on the old turntable in Christchurch. Here's a pic from Wikipedia :-

Who’s responsible for this fence issue?

IMG_2237 mentions fences. What is the document? Unless your lease makes you responsible for all repairs, aren't fence repairs the landlord's responsibility?

    Will writing

Some charities offer a free will-writing service. Naturally they hope to be a beneficiary, but that's not compulsory.

Merge In Turn, why does no one do it properly!

It was certainly done in Jersey when I drove a hire car there a few decades ago. Worked well.

Drain pipe in the garage but not connected to anything.

If you don't intend using the drain I don't see it as a problem.
