check your tco should have power both sides. check heating elements for continuity. also do a ohms test each element should be 12 - 18 ohms.

i don't know how good your loft is insulated or what the temp drops to. but i take it you have never suffered a frozen pipe or any probs in winter in your loft. it's very rare you need to insulate a pump. also insulating a pump can cause more problems with over heating.

ya stick it in earth then the other in white 230v then check grey 230v then orange 230v. tell me what has power and what don't from the 3 checks.

you checked in your wiring centre. if you have 230v at each of them colours your boiler and pump should work

turn hw off and just put heating on check see if you have 230v at white and grey wires and orange

may not be making the micro swith when heating called for.

sounds like you have a sticky motorised valve.

why did you opt for an electric shower not not one fed from the combi ?

faulty washer or cartridge depending on what type of tap you have. need to isolate the water and strip it down.

if it's slowed the drip give it another go if not take it apart maybe a damaged olive or tail.
