possible that one of the other wastes is pulling the water trap out of the waste trap. check the shower that smells has water sitting in the trap.

have you any motorised valves after the pump ?

is it a back boiler ?

you can ask b & q about installing but the are only contractors to b & q so you might as well look in the phone book.

it leaks from gland when closed ? remove gland and place ptfe tape then re-place or just fit new.

place another tee in pipework, with the tee vertical, place a small length of pipe into tee with the vent on top :wink:

do the indicator lights cycle as if the unit has just been switched on ?

long as you can vent at the highest point not a problem as air won't go down hill

it has been done but can cause problems with air in the above pipework. but i have seen them installed in bathrooms with pipework from loft down into bathroom. but then their has been two bleed valves on the pipework above. if you can't gain access above it can cause a problem.
