To get 22mm pipe through wall it will need to be sleeved in 28 mm pipe . Get rid of this installer and get someone else in . Anyone leaving that gas pipe in and trying to get off with smaller boiler is not to be trusted!!!!!

turn up to 1.5 bar and then turn off flow and return under boiler. pressure drop indicates leak in boiler . no pressure drop then leak from somewhere else!

does the pump make a noise? remove central screw you can see if it spins. test for 240v if you are able to

could be low gas pressure at boiler, you would need to get it checked. may just be low pressure coming in and needs governor adjustment. combined with US gas pipe then the boiler will cut out in DHW mode
