    depends on your other coats and size of stone mate,say you scratch 4-1-1,butter coat 5-1-1,then 5-1-1-2 for the thrown coat,do believe you can buy wet dash of the shelf.

    as youve got to upgrade the insulation pin the gable with some kingspans mesh with hp12,its a full mesh and double cross mesh at stress points,then whatever top coat you fancy,sounds hard? no! even a skimmer could do it. edit to say building control can sit on your shoulder if they want!

    and are you going to stop it rising up these gravel boards?,render dont break down cause it gets wet ,ive used stuff that can go 100 m down if you want(incoment 520) tis when it gets trapped then freezes,expands that causes damage,as for the salt ,hose it down a few times they wont come out...

    im not comparing anything quality wise,im sure every spread would go with float coats in there own house,but its speed and drying/decoration times that win the day,pluss the fact you need a much less skilled/cheaper workforce and the op can still hang his telly up! :)

    stop bead with spit fix thats if the radius allows,to tight and you will have to buy off the shelf,last time i did it was £30 a length,but it makes rounds a doddle.
