Leak from the shower head you mean? You either need a new cartridge from triton or you may have a rubber washer that you can replace.

In very Hot weather when thre incoming water temperature is relatively high you may need to use your shower on Medium setting. it could be that on high it is getting too hot and it temporarily stops heating the water to protect itself.

Firstly check that any mesh filter at the spout is not blocked. then check that any flexible hoses are not kinked.

FROST STAT!!!! It is an External Boiler with a frost stat. Maybe this was calling for heat from the permanent live feed to the boiler.

i bet the boiler overheated as the pump wasn't able to circulate system water around the system. Is there a reset button on the boiler?

Is the rubber seal on the air box intake intact? I have seen a boiler with the seal missing pulling in extra air and throwing combustion readings out.

You don't state that it is actually Gas... so is it Gas or Oil? GasSafe won't give a F@@k if it is Oil.
