Hello, Changed a few of my roof tiles today as they were slightly damaged, 2 went in no problems at all, seated nicely etc. But i'm having issues with the last one - Its slightly kicked up at one corner (Bottom of tile), the tiles I used were identical to the damaged ones, and weren't kicked up...

Your right Tony1851 that's why I just removed the soft flaky wood and treated it, as I realized there is plenty of good wood left. Tony that's what I thought it was before poking with a screwdriver

So whats the best way of dealing with it ? :)

Umm not sure :/ advice would be good :)

The minor damage is on the top of the rafters (The side the battens are nailed to & the felt) so can't get a proper pic just tried.
