Garden office (read posh shed) insulation help

Forgot about that here's what I did with mine before fitting cladding. The straps are vertical to give an air path. The soffits will (still building) have soffit vents to vent out of and vent the roof. Making mistakes is all part of the process we don't build garden offices every day so...

Garden office (read posh shed) insulation help

Hi there. You will need to seal inside with polythene and tape. This is to prevent the warm air inside reaching and condensating on the cold surface in the wall. Goes on inside on top of insulation before plasterboard. Some just tape the joints on the insulation board but a good vapour barrier...

Carpet tiles about to go down. I had a hell of an experience using a coving adhesive from B&Q that didn't set. I...

Water ingress in new conservatory, no trays or vertical dpc

Would the solution not be to simply seal the exposed brickwork. I don't know how effective the standard waterproofers are but you can get all sorts of polymer based products as well.

Ideas for construction method on new summerhouse

This is a link to my on going (still!) summer garden room. It will be really only for the kids in summer so my insulation was pretty basic glass wool and concrete floor with no insulation. Its warm enough at the moment with a tiny oil radiator sitting at its lowest level. I am about to up date...
