Baxi constantly firing up when no hot water demand.

dhw microswitch assy for the eco is what you ask for, it comes attached to a full wiring harness including connections to the pcb, selector switch, terminal strip and pump. You can do a shortcut by cutting the wires of the microswitch and just replacing the switch. I like to do it the proper...

    Range Tribune_replacing motorised valve..can I change Brand?

The one you've got will be badged as range but it's a sunvic valve. Range don't do them anymore they use Danfoss. Ring Range and they'll supply you with the correct replacement. You have to buy it in 2 parts, the water section and the actuator.

    viessmann vitotrol 150

the 100 doesn't claim fuzzy logic (but may have it)and the presumption that your control is faulty is purely speculation on my part. I think you need a Viessmann wizard on site.

    viessmann vitotrol 150

The Vitotronic 150 is continental. In the UK it's known as the Vitotronic 100. I'm pretty sure they're one and the same. If so then there is no function code to have the pump in an always on state. You can only adjust the run-on up to 15 minutes. The control also has a function that spins the...

Vaillant VCW GB 242 EH NIGHTMARE!

get the diaphragm pump out and you'll find the little white elbows are cracked. Take em off and toss em, pout the pipes back where the elbows were. Reassemble taking care not to kink the pipes. Unfortunately you're gonna need a RGI to set your high and low gas pressures back to what they should be.

    Vokera Excell Boiler Spare Part

Just a note on the necessity of the baffles. In 98 I installed an Excell and from the get-go it had explosive ignition. Investigated all the usual, pilot size and configuration, gas pressure etc. Called out Vokera and the first thing he did was take out a baffle. I quizzed him on it and he said...

Water Dripping Heavily From Boiler Flue

The flue should rise from the boiler to outside so any condensate falls back into it and not out onto the floor. If your boiler has a huge plume then it's probably because the ch is turned up high. This stops the boiler from condensing and increases plume size.

Vakera Linea 24 error codes ...

01 is ignition lock out. Check firstly to see if the gas to the property is switched on. I've known lots of gas meter taps that get turned off by mistake. Are you on a prepayment meter??? These have an anti tamper device inside which means a good knock turns them off, it would show "off" and...

How do i know if my control is hybrid ?

as far as i'm aware the "hybrid" controls were only on the 242 & 282 "e" models. The new plate heat ex kits fit regardless of hybrid or not.

dripping hot taps can cause the problem too. They stop the wax capsule from getting the right heat readings to tell it to move.
