    Vokera linea 24 error 4

If it is the earlier linea with a flow microswitch instead of the pressure switch then I'm with Tony in it being a duff auto air vent (providing the pump is running). It is possible to vent the boiler (to an extent) through the front of the pump and it will get it working but it's better to...

Vokera Maxin 28e - intermittent hot water

I'd say your dhw heat exchanger is scaled as a result of the constant ingress of fresh water via 2 draindowns/re-fills without inhibitor, find out if inhibitor was put in on the refills. If its the sensor or the pcb it's the first i've heard of on a maxin. Are you in a medium/hard water area...

    105e instant..Any Baxi/Potty engineers/or anyone

That's it. The section behind the dhw flow switch section is the diverter valve operated hydraulically when a tap is turned on. The other diverter valve operated with an electronic actuator is the pre-heat diverter valve to keep that big old 32 plate heat ex hot. How needlessly complicated...

    105e instant..Any Baxi/Potty engineers/or anyone

D'ya know, I've never given the instant any thoughts on what that section does (too lazy to follow the flow!). I'm not gonna be arrogant and pretend I know everything but maybe I'll take a look at it now I'm curious enough. It's just I've done many where the dhw microswitch doesn't return...

    105e instant..Any Baxi/Potty engineers/or anyone

Happens all the time. It isn't the dhw microswitch, its on the primary section behind the dhw diaphragm section. The clip can be removed from behind the dhw m/s and the whole section eased forward and out of the way without turning off the cold feed. Behind it is the removeable front section of...

    Safety lockout.........part 2

It is possible that you don't have a filling loop. It's also possible that it's built into the boiler. What model boiler do you have?

Can a firefront be permanently removed from a Backboiler?

No, the firefront cannot be removed, the fire and back boiler unit are one appliance not 2 and cannot be used independently of each other. You could fit a freestanding boiler in it's place but you would be subject to the current building regs and still limited in regards to putting kitchen units...

Linea 28 error message not listed

I'll bet a pound to a pinch of **** that it happens again soon. I've had a few Lineas with faulty display pcb's that cause the boiler to go into combustion analysis mode (CO on the display). It always seems to happen when the customer uses the central selector knob to switch the CH on/off...

HELP Vokera linea 24 code 07

Primary thermistor. It's either screwed into the main heat exchanger on the right hand side or screwed into the pipe leading up to the main heat exchanger on the right hand side. It's chrome/blue plastic with 2 thin brown wires leading to it. It is NOT a dry pocket ntc sensor so it will involve...

    Which Gas Analyser

I went from a testo 325 to a telegan sprint because the testo didn't do differential pressure at the time (they do now). I didn't like the sprint at all and sold it to get a testo 330. It's by far the best analyser in my eyes but very expensive. The analyser itself is expensive and all the...

    Can anyone help Baxi Bahama

I have to agree with pedantic     . You NEVER disconnect/bypass a safety device. I've had a few Baxi Bananas with intermittant gas valve failure leading to lock out.
