Hi mate, sorry for the late reply, I have been away over the bank holiday weekend  I have just tried your test now, and even with the 907 set to 5 degrees and the TRV on full, the minute you push the heating on constant on the old honeywell timer it comes on :x Turning the temp...

    Thermostat not working?

This is exactly what I have done, but it still fails to switch the boiler when the target temperature is achieved? Does it matter that I have the TRV's set differently?

    Thermostat not working?

I haven't, I use the Honeywell in the dining room for timers, and the C902 in the hall purely for a digital thermostat that looks good :D My plan was to use it as it was intended come winter and just leave the heating on constant in the dining room, when I get this damn to work!

No mate, I have replaced the thermostat, I have a timer in the dining room. It has directly replaced an old dial thermostat on the wall in the hall :D

    Security light nightmare, please help!

Cheers for the reply Steve, much appreciated. In response to your questions - The switch in the utility is just a plain old double wall light switch, one operating the outside lights, the other does the kitchen light. The way it worked before all this hassle was - If you approached the...

All I have done is replace the PIR's, where the old one's worked perfectly up until a couple of months ago? Dimmer and downlight woes, can anyone help?

Thanks for the reply breezer :D It is a fairly large lounge and to be totally honest, the room still isn't that bright with the 10 fitted  The 2 in the fitted units will only be 20w IIRC, I doubt Neville Johnson will use 50w in an oak unit? I may go for 1x 1000w dimmer then...

Dimmer and downlight woes, can anyone help?

I am in the middle of totally revamping my lounge. I have put the plasma on the wall etc and I'm having fitted cupboards in the alcove's either side of the chimney breast which the plasma hangs on. I have had 10 small 50w downlights fitted in the ceiling. My problem is this, I have one switch...
