    Unless i'm reading this wrong, Building Regulations require access/inspection chamber/ or clean-out to all ground drainage. Something seems to be missing either on the ground or by spoodz. Note where pipework teeconnects or changes direction .

    with respect, water should not pond on flat or any roof. All "flat" roofs should be laid to a fall to discharge all water. However, ponding is common and doesn't seem to cause medium term damage but if a leak does occur then you are going to get the whole lot in one go.

    Thank you Breezer, There's no access to outside walls and no space for a stand-pipe. Would you recommend tee'ing into the waste pipe after the tee in 40mm pipe? If i go the spigot(s) on the trap will i require one or two spigots?One for the dryer condensate and one for the washer drainage?
