i take it you mean the fuse in the spur switch? the boiler isnt on its own circuit is it and the mcb gone down as my boiler is on its own circuit.is there power going to the spur switch

the boiler comes on shows demand,fan goes and pump but then nothing

got called to a heatline vizo thats 3 years old 2day. it looks like its been fitted by a five year old.anyway boiler wont fire it doesnt sound like its sparking and the screws that hold the pcb cover on r missing looks like someones fiddled to me.and it doesnt help when the tenant cant speak...

flushed syystem today as boiler was showig flow fault,pump was also blocked solid. the boiler has had a new pcb ad flow switch , ow its showing an ignition fault it lights for 5 seconds then goes off,it does this five times then locks out any ideas :lol:

been to this boiler all day showing flow fault on front lights tech told linked out flow switch and tech confirmed this on reassembling it it still wont run still showing same fault dismantle flow switch to find it full of ****.and when u stick your finger into the heat exchanger it is also...

called out to a 500 28c buderus 2day (god help me) and there is no hot water boulter dont call a diverter valve the same as all other manufactures any ideas and am i right in thinking that there is a safety alert with these boilers on gas safe website :D

yeah the pcb was totally out the way i now understand that from the letting agent this fault has been happening already

been out to repair bosch worcester 28cdi as it was leaking from plate heat exchanger but the boiler is going off after 5 mins with both lights flashing which apparently is an airflow fault so apart from the aps is there any other common faults that you know about as bw are saying aps fan and pcb...

just been out to fix bosch worcester leaking from seals on plate heat exchanger and now the bloody thing runs for 5 minutes then goes off and the lights on front flash fast indicating air flow fault apart from aps is there any other common probs as bw tech r saying pcb
