Fault has to be on primary side as the hot water expansion is internal on a megaflo and any fault would not drop the primary pressure. As stated the 3 most likely are.....expansion vessel needs a recharge or replacement, prv letting by due to above or on its own or a leak on the system

The model details are behind a panel on the right hand side (where your control nob is. There will be a screw above this and possibly one on top too......undo and slide the whole panel towards you. Details underneath

But surely this would cause overheat trips. This is a solid lump of cast iron....where does the latent heat go if you wire as above???

Mixer tap letting by or possible hot and cold pipes very close and your getting heat transferance......doubt that one tho. Does it happen out of every cold tap or just one?

You need a good rgi who can diagnose faults. This is most likely an issue requiring entrance to the combustion bxx and as such needs a qualified rgi. Sorry can't help any further

Possibly air but you say its overheat so i would guess your bypass is shut too much if manual (gatevalve) or too short a run or auto bypass isn't working. Never keen on selectric pumps. Come across many which slow too quickly and cause over heat.

Boiler stat? Heat exchanger scaled?

try bleeding the pump. If not diverter maybe sticking.....fixed price repair?

Diaphram split in hw differential. replace

You have not told us if the fan spins?? Does it? Could be aps, fan or board

If it isn't a blockage or pump issue then you will ned to replace the diverter section (where the pump switch proves.) I would suggest you replace the whole section

Not sure you should be touching this. If existing supply you are in breach of regs and if fitting for a new supply you need to follow regs ie depth, materials, protection..... Not for amateurs so can't help you. sorry

I would keep it simple and fit a new stopcock on the cold supply before the combivalve and after the T from the mains to the rest of the house....Tchnically the valve needs to be accessible for servicing but thats the installers for you!
