    Yeah, they should be well small enough. Frost proofer is an additive which you stick in with the water in your mixer. They sell it everywhere (I.E. Wickes) How deep are you going :?:

    I'm no expert but would have thought that if they are watering a lot then the boxes could have damp retention behind them. Also, can anyone say if the meters they use to measure the damp would register if there was just a bit of condensation inside :?:

    Up to you really but I would use 5:1 (ballast : opc) Also I would stick frost proofer in at this time of year. Dont forget to do it in bays to allow for expansion or you will end up with cracks.

    Same thing happens with lots of building products, nearly every block drive I lay ends up effloressing a bit. This wears off over time (probably quicker on a drive as it gets more wear). However, it does appear that sometimes it doesnt do it, I think its the position and weather conditions that...
