I don't wish to contradict T2C but.... You don't need the switch cable. Find the red that goes with the single black and ditch that cable. The other two reds go into live in, the blacks to neutral in. Of course, there might not be enough room in the terminals for two wires.

I would suggest: One black is neutral, The other is switched live. As there are two reds in a connector. Subject to confirmation from the OP of a second fitting, the brown and blue to sw live and neutral.

If you have taken your feed from the switch wire you won't have a neutral.

The grey plastic panel is just a clip in cover. Lever out gently at the rear edge and slide back, or just prise it away. Then turn the two cross head screw points as indicated. The second one needs quite a bit of force, but the drawer front should jump forward when free. My pic is l/h side.
