    the mid position valve. Its the white thing above the red pump. The lever on the side can be moved manually to give u hot water/heating. It looks possibly like a Myson one. If it is you can just swap the headwithout draining the heating system. :D

    Asa last resort u can put the 10mm copper inside a bit of 15mm Hep and bend it with your 15mm bender. It works a treat!!

    Condensing Boilers at this time of year

    I had 4 frozen ones today. The worst one was frozen 2 METERS into the loft!! Also had 2 40mm ones that had froze. It is fighting a losing battle as i know they will just freeze again and i heardthis cold snap is to last until end of Feb.

    it can drip slowly taking days to relieve the boiler of its pressure. It is pretty simple to replace a PRV and they are not expensive either :wink:
