    Lead flashing chase

    At nephews House to sort lead flashing where sealant has gaps where the lead goes into wall chase. Someone sealed it with something that was really hard like no nails or gripfill, it was a browny yellow colour. Does anyone know of an easy way to remove this stuff without damaging the lead?

    HI All, Just helping out a neighbour with a leak under their sink, does anyone know what this valve is, I've never seen one like this before. The leak is coming from the bottom of the red part. I don't know where the flexi pipe is going to but I suspect the dishwasher.
