At nephews House to sort lead flashing where sealant has gaps where the lead goes into wall chase. Someone sealed it with something that was really hard like no nails or gripfill, it was a browny yellow colour. Does anyone know of an easy way to remove this stuff without damaging the lead?

Thanks noseall, the wall is about 50 inches long so I think it can be done in one piece of lead and a small saddle piece going up the original house wall. Do you know how I could fix the lead to the coping?

HI All, Just helping out a neighbour with a leak under their sink, does anyone know what this valve is, I've never seen one like this before. The leak is coming from the bottom of the red part. I don't know where the flexi pipe is going to but I suspect the dishwasher.

Just an update, manged to adjust the base, the blades not 100% parallel but the cuts its giving are really good so I'm happy with that. Thanks everyone for your help.

I agree big-all, I would set it up parallel. I will contact manufacturer on Monday to see if it can be adjusted to be parallel.
