low pressure/wrong materials etc etc .. they are just not designed for it ..

you can elevate any tray .. butthe ones you are after are also fairly common andgive good access to th trap .. for later on in life ..

i am guessing u have a card meter and u have letthe gas run out .. reset the boiler ..should be ok ...
the pressure should be 1 bar ish .. the needles are not very accurate .. on these .. so check the digital display for an accurate reading ..
always better to replace but there is a tape u can use as a temp fix .. i forgot the name call in to ur local merchants and tell em ur problem, it is a black tape with bitchamin on it .. sticks like shi te to a blanket . :)

wot i mean to say is the moral is when it is fitted it will be in there 10 years plus .. u want it 100 % right .. first time

i have swopped the pump head already....
no external stat...... boiler stat only ..
and the heating runs for maybe 3 to 10 min .(varies)... also the boiler is plugged in and the fuse in the plug has popped to .. once..
3amp in the plug head.
