always go bigger and the thermostatic valve will sort it if over sized . :)

high limit stat .. reset is at the back .. check the 2 wires to the gas valve .. if 1 is life possible solinoid/valve .. replace gas valve .. not much else can wrong with em .

sounds like weebles in the flux capacitor.

a service may fix this .. generally a good flame will stay in .. no matter wot the wind speed.. but as above check the flue termination as per manufacturers instructions

possibly low head to .. raise the tank onto a stand .. this will help with the air build up .. ...

another way is tel them the boiler was an existing instaltion, you just built the extention round it .. so there it dont need notifiying as it was fitted pre 2005 .. :)

you are liable up to your boundry .. if u call them they will test the pressure up to the boundry ... there is a minimum for a combi .. not sure of it though i am sure someone will tell u ..

no the meter is not 28 mm .. u can get a 28 mm meter tail . :) or as said above 28/22 reducer ::
