no one has explained the consquences if any of finding youve got more than 15v

just had some extra questions to do with basic sparks in my last ccn1

y thanks for getting it I followed the the other replys but went over my head a little I think the general idea if youve not got 240 there any way the readings on the live test would be proportionally differant can I ask what are we supposed to do if it is higher than 15v whats op supposed...
