I may have to put my new bath in an inch lower than the present old one so the u bend wont line up , can you buy adjustable waste traps ?

How far up a wall should they be put ? Can they be too high or too low, I'm thinking of putting them at about 48" from the floor

I dont see why people paint on tiles it looks god awfull, well mine is, who ever done it should be shot ! Iam in the process of removing the god awfull orange stuff with a steamer if that aint no good I'll have to use a chemical

Fixed it!, it was the stat on the hot water cylinder, happened to have a spare one in the loft.

Well, 2 weeks ago I cleaned the system and added Fernox, when draining I put the 3 port valve on manual...thats about it. I suspect the 3 port valve micro switch or something like that.

When I turn my central heating on by pressing the button on the programmer everything is fine, If I then press the button for heating the domestic hot water the pump and boiler switch off, the lights stay on at the programmer if I then turn off the Hot water the pump and boiler kicks in again to...
