    the roof structure ie sterling boards and joists .Whem you said platform I thought that was what you were referring to I just had a quick look on top of the roof and cannot see any signs of the glass fibre coming adrift of the structure

    being as the regulation states 150mm max from the corner and my run is about 320mm you would then suggest adding a second socket before it enters the wall? How about a wallplate with connector inside?
