    Thanks for the info and advice. I will leave it were it is, if access is needed it is very simple to get too, as the trap is right on the edge of the room and it would take me 2 mins to lift the edge of the carpet and gain access. Cheers Joolz

    Thanks for the speedy replies! In answer to the pipework he said the price includes everything that is required to fit the system and he won't be able to use the old piping, which he said he would drain and leave under the floorboards. Any comments on the registration and loft issues...
