No hot water - Unless central heating also on
3rd pic from left. the metal box that that is on the pipe that leads into the cylinder. its faulty. needs to be replaced. you can get just the head on its own and simply remove/refit it.- manortim

Fan continuously running.
Not safe to change just relay. And it is a GAS SAFE TECHNICIAN only job....not DIY. If left, it was soon simply constantly run on and you'll be stuck. From your name I assume you're gas safe? If so, crack on with the solder iron.- manortim
