    combi 80e does not have a built in fill loop .trace the pipework away from the boiler and look for a conection across heating rtn and cold water pipe.

    Alternatively, there is an existing hopper where the old bath waste used to connect to, so i could connect into here? instead of dancing around with deep seal traps etc shove it into the hopper and end this roundabout thread!!!

    simple and straightforward in my opinion is allways a good way to solve things ,this way will satisfy build regs and the trap can be cleaned from the waste hole by means of a removable filter/basket,be wary of deep traps on showers,hair/scum/soap and god knows what goes down there. merry...

    ps, making the room warmer will only speed up the proccess but if the toilet is not flushed as often in a warmer room it will warm up the water in the cistern and the condensation will eventually stop but the stop tap will allways suffer, insulate it it may look unsightly but lesser of 2 evils.

    your boiler manuals should give this info and being a caravan person you will know about inverters ,u could simply plug the boiler in during periods of camp closure .
