Problem is the boiler won’t run more than 15-20 minutes a day.

That’s what I was afraid of, when you it doesn’t always work, are you referring to removing the H.E and acid washing ? Think all in all I’m better off with a new boiler, getting strange shutdowns now after 40 seconds, or the kettling, as it’s 14 years old it may be throwing good money after bad...
