    Check the stop cock is fully open and working, or clean the strainer on the pressure reducing valve if there is one

    Dont forget. When your moving these rads about the house, if the sludge spurts out the ends its like oil over your carpets. So tip them upside down and plug the outlets up with tissue or something. This sludge sticks to carpets like sht to a blanket.

    Ask the surveyor, We used to have to move the drain outside. This is the proper way, But if seen some real sht that could not have been passed by a surveyor. It costs a lot but it proper.

    Next time i get my van serviced ill see if the garage does not mind me labouring for them for the day to keep the cost down. Any parts needed i could get them as well to save some more money. How many garages would be happy to do that.

    so you would need 3m of 19mm from boiler to under the floor thats about 2 meters and upgrade the size to 40mm for the rest so approx 5 meters under the floor in 40 mm with approx 40mm drop. if you have a screed floor sounds like you can not do it. Change Boiler position.

    The pipework has to be run like normall regulations 32mm max length 1.7m 40mm 3.0m max length with a 18 mm drop for each length. 3m max for condense pipe of 19mm
