    Falcon 1092 Dual Fuel

When you are using it as an oven only the outer element comes on, to get the inner working you turn the control knob for that oven all the way round to maximum and then turn it a little more, it will click and hey presto you have the browning element on.

    Washing Machines ?

Gorenje, at the moment you can have a 7kg washer with a 5 year parts and labour warranty for less than £300, the WA749 washes pretty well and isn't too noisy either, wash times can be as little as 17 minutes and its pretty simple to use too.[/b]

So these people have legit jobs at illegal wages....... Really. Have you any idea what the fine is ? Nobody would employ somebody at a couple of quid below minimum wage in a legit job knowing what the fines are when you are caught, it's just not worth it.

    Old Flavel cooker

The Flavel in question was made by the company now known as Rangemaster (beko only bought the names off of them so no point going to them for help), there's not a chance of getting the fsd from them, production of the Diana was stopped over 30 years ago :) there is a chance though if you can...

    535mm wide gas cooker

If you're buying a 500mm cannon then basically you might as well look at 500mm indesits too as they are the same cooker only with different doors, the cannon factory that made the 535mm cookers went a few years ago, everything cannon now is just a rebadged indesit, I can't think of any 500mm...

Flavel gas cooker flame supervision device.

From what he is saying as I read it, the fsd isn't working as in it's on full rate from the word go, 1997 Flavel cookers did not have thermocouple systems they had low rate/high rate fsd's fitted. As for the oven not getting hot enough it could be as simple as a blocked jet, you need an...

    fitting new lpg gas hob

If you was competent you would know for a start that rubber isn't allowed through a wall without asking if it might be better in copper, as said, log is far more dangerous than nat gas and installation requires somebody who knows what they are doing. Also as the hob is most likely supplied in...

    STOVES 900GDO COOLING FAN

This fault requires a gas safe/competant engineer as the fan supplies combustion air to the burners as well as being a cooling fan.

    Gas hob pipework

There are very few hobs that allow you to use a hose so my hunch is that many of these hobs you fitted were done incorrectly and against regs.

    Gas hob pipework

Youre rule of thumb is totally incorrect, If a hob has drawers or a cupboard under it it can still ONLY be fitted on a bayonet if the MI's SPECIFICALLY state it is allowed, if it is not specifically stated that it can be fitted on a hose then you refer to the gas regs that tell you a hose is not...

    Free Standing Cooker Conundrum.

No doubt about it, they are made in the same factory using the same burners, hotplates, etc etc I know this as I had 6 years working for them, how they could get different scores for these things is laughable

    Gas supply to new hob

Simple answer is that you can't, if the pipe is intended for gas use it must be fitted by a competent fitter, no ifs, buts or you can't make time.
