Sadly not enough space to do this, or to change the direction of the bathtub in it's current setup.

The current width of the bath tub is too small. I did consider removing the wall early on but it still wouldn't have created the size of a bathroom that we are looking for.

Yeh there is a passage between the garage and the property that allows access to the garden.

It's very cramped at the moment, you can see in the diagram the door is hitting against the bath tub which is small as well.

Sorry I should have added the toilet and the bathroom would be too small even if the wall was removed. The dimensions aren't on the diagram but they are small.

Viewed a property I am interested in buying and noticed this crack in the ceiling, 1930 bungalow. While the crack looks straight looking closer you can see it connects with smaller cracks. Should I be worried, or expected for the age of the building.
