Of the hot water is working okay then that rules out the pump. Diverter valve or Blocked return filter

What does the display show when it's calling for heat? Are all your rad controlled with trvs that are set to low?

What process does the burner go through. Doea it sound like it's sparking, does it go through quite a long cycle before locking out. Is the motor spinning ? Have you taken the oil pump out ? Does it turn freely by hand? Is the drive coupling okay ?

I'd go for the Worcester, much better after sales customer service and back up if you need it. The compact is the better boiler out of the two, nothing wrong with the I though. If you go for the 30 I you'll get slightly better hot water performance, all four boilers will heat your house easily.

That's not normal for the boiler you have, get your installer back or get Worcester out

Does your pressure on the boiler drop quite often as well? I see quite a lot of blocked plates and the majority of the time the system pressure is quite low.

Need a little more info to help you out. Does the blue light flash as well? And in what sequence? How long does it try and fire back up for before going to lockout ? Does it try and light up five times? Check you have gas, and that the handle on the meter hasn't been knocked to the off position

How old is the boiler? Does it have an on/off button?
