Isolate the cold main going into the boiler and see if any water runs out of your hot tap. Had many of these with cross leaking showers causing this issue. Hardly ever a fault with the boiler. Id look at the plate and NRV in the plate after ruling out cross leaking

How old is the boiler? Could be under guarantee? If it's gotten that wet it's possibly the wiring harness

It's displays the primary temperature. It'll be the Plate heat exchanger, it will be blocked.

Do you switch your hot water off while you're not using it? If not the boiler will fire to keep the slave tank warm 24/7

What timer is fitted? Are you getting 240v back to LR on the PCB? What diverter is fitted?

It's probably blocked and can't circulate around the plate.

I'd say you've got a blockage/poor circulation around the boiler. Looks like the boilers not kicking in untill it dissipates it's heat. Pressure issue is flat expansion vessle or blocked hose Does hot water go hot/cold
