    Your plate heat exchanger is blocked. Very common fault with the I's as the water ways in the plate are so narrow. Usually from dirty systems and/or systems being run on low pressure.     You're looking for a braided silver hose connecting two pipes from the boiler together. They'll have valves on them

    Sounds like the solenoid on your oil valve is dropping out when hot, or maybe the photo cell is sooted up. I'm not familiar with this boiler though

    Hardly advice in DIY gas work.didnt tell him how to check it! But no you can't check or alter that your self. You'll have to get someone to check that who is competent. The older flues on these can crack internally.

    It It were a boiler fault I'd expect the blue light on the boiler to be flashing giving a fault code. Is your timer Honeywell ? As above kill the power and see if your motorised valve motors back and has resistance

    Trust me, you can alter the pump setting down to as low as 60%.
