they do ,any job can on request of the customer be inspected by a gassafe inspector

turn off the cold feed to the cylinder,the one that feeds from the tank above ,drain heating and refill by re opening the cold feed.......simples. by the way the circs go straight into the cylinder and do not have a cold feed or vent connection.

looks like f+e tank on the heating,but a photo whold be better

so why didnt you say that in the first place tony instead of looking down from the high ground, it was only a n idea to see if it was feisable and could benefit slightly low water systems toget a better flow thats all. and it is not so nerr :)

I cannot find any info regarding connections to unvented,but if you can connect to the incoming water supply what would be the prob with unvented.

will adding said pump to an unvented system on the cold water inlet to the cylinder work to any great degree, current water pressure standing is 1.5bar anyone had any dealings with said pump.

most standard rf stats will work

on the clock there are two power leads ,blue/brn and two black ,connect the blacks together.switch the boiler off whilst doing this

have you linked the call wires on the clock .....

bypass the clock electricly not just on the overide selector on the clock.

put a plume management kit on it ,check boiler flueing options

you need to replace the factory fitted link on the connection strip,the boiler comes without the clock when new ,or just link out the heating call clock wires (not the mains connections on the clock).

link out the heating connection inside the boiler to test the function of any external electrics, its inside the cover on the l/h side next to the mains connection.

timer or thermostat, link out at boiler to check cable continuity.

the corrosion will be on all ferrous/iron parts and poss heat exchanger in boiler , system needs cleaning.
