I don't confess to being an expert but have you tried a complete defrost making sure all the ice behind the panels you can't see is melted, and normally there is a drain line from the freezer to allow water to drain off after it has defrosted, just make sure this drain is clear and not blocked.

The retaining wall is two bricks wide in very good condition there is another row of bricks inside this wall which was the original retaining wall

I have seen through the bottom of wardrobe that the laminate flooring and as I suspected goes all the way to the wall, I think the best option would be to cut the existing laminate flooring flush with the wardrobe plinth , then fit new laminate flooring leaving expansion gap and fit another...

Yes I did think of this but thought they might not look as good but then again it is for my back garden so it might be a good idea, also the fence fitter is having trouble getting 7ft brown feather board timber.
