path is prob a metre wide and then a grass verge prob 2m wide then a house. it will be the rear facing the boundary. My fence is 6’6 and the garden room will have a front of no higher than 2.5m from the highest point in the garden as it’s slopes.

Thanks My build is less than 30sqm. I would of liked it say 500mm from the boundary fences. It’s annoying that the other side of the one boundary is a public footpath. Makes no sense about the fire regs when you think about it. The fence is as combustible as you can get.

So either way it’s 1m providing it’s not higher than 2.5m
