Could be the pump now playing up, circulation must be there as your rads are all ok ?. So as the o/h stat was changed, the old one may have been cutting in alot earlier than needed

combi boiler if so check your prv isnt leaking.If its a conventinal boiler then , if its ok then is any pipework acssesable , so you can maybe fit some valves on a couple of areas and see if it stays up when a certain run of pipes is closed off , how much is it dropping and how often

have you openend the inlet side on the boiler cold water, valve on the mcw pipe going into the boiler

Combi wont be airlocked, check the filter in the mains inlet might be blocked, that will mean undoing the diverter valve though
