gas supply big enough if its 15mm hell say you need 22mm from the metre to boiler really any 22mm is ok to take a tee from but if the h/water is struggling then poor gas supply is very common

are you sure when your venting a rad your not just robbing another ones water is the header tank filling or is it full and when you vent does it start to filll up can you the water going in the tank

The only time i had this was on the 24 i worscter and it was the live and neutral being crossed from the switch spare to the boiler shed been told new pcb and i couldnt slag him off for telling her that i only found it by luck i doubt this helps but you never know
